Oak Valley College lifts students to DreamBeyond their obstacles.

Studies of the Inland Empire show that attaining a bachelor’s degree almost doubles income potential, yet college completion rates are the lowest of any region across California. The primary reasons include the lack of financial means, personal mismanagement of funds, and the difficulty of balancing school and employment. These obstacles are compounded in many first-generation students who lack support at home and whose families are dependent on the student's income. Oak Valley serves students who typically don’t attend college by overcoming the obstacles to earning a degree without student loan debt. Your gift can provide hope and a future for generations through helping end the cycle of poverty due to lack of education.

You can help students DreamBeyond and graduate without student loan debt by making a year-end gift to Oak Valley College.

  • $5,000 funds a student scholarship for a full year.

  • $2,500 provides theological instruction.

  • $1,000 supports students through the writing and career centers.

  • $500 provides student events and services.

No matter the amount, Your gift will have a direct impact in the lives of Oak Valley students.

Becca’s Story

Becca, a senior at Oak Valley College, was gifted by God with the skill of a designer and inspired by her service dog, Raven. At just 14 years old she dreamed and created a custom handmade dog harness. Many people admired her creation and wanted to purchase one of their own, so she borrowed $10 from her parents for supplies and started sewing and selling. After paying her parents back, she reinvested her profits and a few months later Becca officially opened her own small business!
